Reservation

How do I make a reservation?

Choose among our wide selection of tours. Add them to your cart and proceed to check out. We will send you by email your excursion vouchers to print and present on the day of the tour.

When do I need to book?

You can book all of your tours right now! We will also accept all bookings done once in Punta Cana.

Is it possible to make a reservation once in Punta Cana?

Yes, you can book when you are in beautiful Punta Cana. To fully enjoy your vacation time, we suggest that you reserve your tours before your arrival.

Are the trips available every day?

A lot of tours are offered on a daily basis. When booking your excursions, you will find the available days in blue on the calendar.

Can I have a reduced price for my child under 12 years old?

Most tours have a reduced price for children under 12 years old. Children of 12 years old will pay the normal price. You can also take a look at our price list for more information.

Payments and Procedures

Can I pay by credit card? Which currency do you accept?

We only accept credit card payments. All payments will be processed in the local currency, the Dominican peso.

Which hotels are served?

We service all hotels in Punta Cana.

Is the transportation included in the price?

Yes, transportation from your resort is included in all the excursions from Punta Cana.

How many people are going to do the excursion?

We do our best to keep our excursions in small groups of 30 people or less. Depending on the season and the reservations, we may accept a few additional people.

What if it’s raining?

Rain showers are frequent but usually very short. In the Dominican Republic there are only 30 days of rain per year. However, if your excursion is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will offer you the option of re-scheduling your trip to another day. If re-scheduling is not possible, we will refund your excursion.

Do you have group prices?

Yes, we do. With 12 people or more on the same tour, we can offer you a group discount. Send us an email with information on your group and we’ll be in touch with great offers.

Is the agency far from my hotel?

Our agency is within a 10 minute walk from the following hotels: Punta Cana Princess, Bavaro Princess, Caribe Club Princess, Tropical Princess, Occidental Grand Punta Cana, Paradisus Punta Cana and Grand Palladium Resorts.

How can I get to your agency?

You are within a 10 minute walk if you are staying in one of the following hotels: Punta Cana Princess, Bavaro Princess, Caribe Club Princess, Tropical Princess, Occidental Grand Punta Cana, Paradisus Punta Cana and Grand Palladium Resorts. If you are staying in another resort, you may need to take a taxi. Ask the bell boys of your hotel for the taxi fare.
